Vero North provides Nexofit, a memory-training and exercise app for iPhone and Apple Watch. This Privacy Policy explains how Nexofit handles information when you use the app.
## Summary
Nexofit is designed to keep your training data on your devices. It does not require an account, sell personal information, use advertising, track you across apps or websites, or use product-usage analytics.
Nexofit uses Sentry for privacy-minimized crash and error diagnostics to help maintain app reliability.
## Information stored on your device
Nexofit stores the following information locally on your device:
- Profile names, avatars, and optional profile photos
- App preferences and accessibility settings
- Session history, scores, streaks, and round-level performance
- Recommendation feedback and on-device personalization records
This information is stored using Apple technologies, including SwiftData and UserDefaults. Vero North does not operate a Nexofit account system or cloud database for this information.
## Health and Apple Watch data
If you choose to connect Apple Health and use Apple Watch features, Nexofit may read:
- Heart rate
- Heart-rate variability
- Active energy
- Basal energy
- Workout information
Nexofit may write workouts and active energy to Apple Health when you authorize it. Live and summary workout data may move between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework and may be saved with your local session history.
Nexofit does not send Health data to Vero North or Sentry. You can manage Health permissions in the Health app and iOS Settings.
## Camera, microphone, photos, and sharing
Camera access is optional and is requested only when you choose to take a profile photo or create a selfie-based share image.
Photo Library access is optional and is used only when you choose to save a share image to Photos. Images are processed on your device. Nexofit does not upload profile photos or share images to Vero North.
If Nexofit presents an optional Live Photo selfie feature, microphone access is used only to capture ambient audio for that selfie. That audio is not uploaded to Vero North.
When you choose to share an image with another app or service, that recipient handles the shared content under its own privacy policy.
## On-device intelligence
Nexofit uses on-device Core ML personalization and may use supported Apple Intelligence capabilities to tailor training experiences. Nexofit does not send your training or Health-derived inputs to a Vero North-operated AI service.
## Crash and error diagnostics
Nexofit uses Sentry, a third-party diagnostic service, to receive reports when the app crashes or encounters a software error.
A diagnostic report may include a stack trace, app version, operating-system version, device model, timestamp, and technical context needed to investigate the error.
Nexofit configures Sentry to disable personal-information collection, persistent user identifiers, IP-address storage, screenshots, view hierarchy, session replay, performance tracing, profiling, and product-usage analytics. Profile details, photos, training records, and Health data are not intentionally included in diagnostic reports.
## Information Nexofit does not collect
Nexofit does not:
- Require or create a developer account for you
- Collect product-usage analytics
- Sell or rent personal information
- Build advertising profiles
- Track you across apps and websites
- Upload your Health data, training records, profile details, photos, or share images to Vero North
## Your choices and deletion
You can manage Health, notifications, camera, microphone, and photo permissions in iOS Settings.
You can permanently delete non-default profiles and their linked sessions from the Profiles area of Nexofit. Removing Nexofit from your device deletes its local app data. Health records written by Nexofit can be reviewed or deleted in the Health app.
Because Nexofit does not create an account or maintain a cloud copy of your local training data, Vero North generally cannot retrieve or delete that device-local data for you.
## Security and retention
Nexofit relies on Apple’s device storage and permission systems to protect locally stored information. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the relevant profile or session, or remove the app.
Crash and error diagnostics are retained only as needed to investigate and improve app reliability.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Nexofit’s features or data practices change. We will update the effective date above when we do.
